The Village Walk gated community is one of the most desirable complexes in Port Aransas. It is just a short walk or drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown. Relax by the community pool just steps away from the house or stroll down to the beach. Arnold Palmer golf course is just a few blocks away.

 

 

 

SLEEPS 10/12

 

• The Ground Floor is a large open kitchen/dining/living area with plenty of room for everyone. It features a dining table and chairs that will seat 8 with a Serving Bar for an additional 4 people. There is a washer/dryer on this floor and also access to the outside patio.
• The Living Room has a large comfortable couch to relax on and watch the large flat screen TV.
• The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed and flat screen TV with DVD. There is a nicely sized full en suite bathroom also.
• The Second Bedroom is upstairs and also has a King Size Bed. There are 2 chairs that fold out into beds. Flat Screen TV with DVD
• The Third Bedroom has 2 beds that are 'bunk style' and also has a Tv with DVD. Both of the upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill Bathroom.
• The Carriage House has its own private entrance and is NOT accesible from the Main House internally. It has large living/dining area with a kitchenette, small refrigerator etc and a separate bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. Both the living room and bedroom feature Flat Screen TV's with DVD.
